Pay the analysis. You will then receive an order confirmation with a reference number.
At the same time we receive you order, and subsequently will send you labelled containers suited for your analytical choices.
How to sample microbiological parameters (in Norwegian)
For chemical parameteres, the bottles should be washed once with the water you are to fill the bottle with.
Important: The samples have to be analysed within 24 hours after sampling. In other words, they have to reach us as soon as possible. Store the sample material cool.
It's also important that you use the same bottles you received from us. The labels must remain affixed to the bottles. It will benefit us all if you in the shipment include the reference number you got with the order confirmation.
We receive your samples and right away go ahead with the analysis. We will report to within 10 workdays, guaranteed. It will however, be possible that results are ready before that. You will receive a report with results that have to be checked against drinking water regulations
Pay the Fee for your test. All major credit and debit cards accepted. We will despatch the sample bottles the same day.
Bottles can be dropped off at any of our sites or you can return by post. To view a list of drop off points, please click here.
Certificate of Analysis will be issued to you within 10 working days of receipt of your water bottles by the laboratory.
